Al Sadd Sports Club Launches Innovative Educational Program

Doha, March 28 (QNA) - Al Sadd Sports Club, club leader in the field of social responsibility in Qatar, launches a new program for the current season. The program is entitled "Brains' Zone", it is a creative, informative, educational program to be launched on Friday, March 30th at the Villagio Mall. The program has been designed for children in partnership with Jarir Bookstore. 'Brains' Zone' aims in instilling a culture of reading and enhancing the development of reading skills. A unique approach brings together the popularity of football with the awareness of the importance of reading. The implementation of this program within the booth is inspired by the shape of a football field. As well, a number of players from the first team of Al Sadd Club will interact with the children by reading short stories in both Arabic and English. The programs agenda serves to create an intimate connection with the children and their families. Al Sadd Club extends an invitation to all children and their families and strongly encourages their participation. They believe it require steps of the community to build a firm foundation.
