LOTTE TAKES OVER MAKRO INDONESIA
Jakarta, Oct 7 (ANTARA) - Lotte group is taking over PT Makro Indonesia by Buying all its stake after SHV Holdings N.V. (SHV) along with other shareholders signed a deal with Lotte group.
"We had many offers from internal and external sides. Lotte group was chosen after passing a selection," said SHV spokesman Van Koik here, Tuesday.
Lotte group would take over building, land, rent lease, employees and Makro Indonesia inventories in one whole package, he said.
Lotte group would take over Makro Indonesia as a well running its business. Business would run as usual and the 19 stores would remain open regularly.
