NATIONAL YOUTH MOVEMENT “IRALI” PROPOSES ESTABLISHMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL FOUNDATION
Baku, 07 0ctober ,(AzerTAj)National Youth Movement “Irali” (Forward) has recently come forward with an initiative to set up the Human Capital Foundation in Azerbaijan.
Initial steps have already been taken to realize the initiative. Activists of the
movement have started talks with some governmental bodies, international
organizations, including the United Nations specialized agencies.
The movement press service announced that the Foundation would aim to form the
strong human capital in Azerbaijan by using international experience, to support
specialists in finding jobs in public and private sectors, to transfer to the
country the scientific, technical, and cultural progress of modern world.
