Qatar Diar Unveils New Worldwide Strategic Brand Platform at Europe s Premier Real Estate Event
Doha, March 06 (QNA) - Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, an international leader in sustainable development, officially unveiled its new worldwide strategic brand platform "Qatari Diar: The Art of Real Estate" at the start of MIPIM 2012 being held in Cannes, France from 6-9 March.
The new identity reflects the distinctive values of the Middle East s most influential and innovative real estate company and underpins the ambitions the Qatar-based company has set for its next phase of developments around the world. Qatari Diar is currently developing or planning 49 projects in 29 countries, with a combined value of over US$35 billion.
"The Art of Real Estate signals a new era at Qatari Diar; one that emphasises the human value we attach to all our developments as part of our mission to enrich the quality of lives of people wherever we serve them," said Eng. Mohammed bin Ali Al Hedfa, Group CEO of Qatari Diar.
"The new positioning captures the essence of our company s intuitive approach to designing and building world class developments, and places a high value on meeting the market s occasional emotionally-driven need for comfort, security and a better future," added Al Hedfa.
"The Art of Real Estate will take us forward for many years to come," said Al Hedfa.
Complementing the official launch in Cannes is the recently-unveiled new corporate website of Qatari Diar (www.qataridiar.com), which, while boasting new integrated content and features, is already serving as an electronic gateway to the latest information and communications from the company.
MIPIM is one of the global real estate industry s foremost events held annually.
In 2011, there were nearly 19,000 property leaders in attendance representing 90 countries.
Qatari Diar s participation at MIPIM is based out of the Qatar Pavilion where it is actively promoting the company s dynamic portfolio of projects from Europe to Asia to Africa, including East Village, Chelsea Barracks and Grosvenor Waterside (UK), Lusail City (Qatar), Diar Dushanbe (Tajikistan) and Mushaireb (Sudan).
Senior officials from the company are engaging with visitors to Qatari Diar s stand at MIPIM and offering details on progress being made in Qatari Diar s local and international portfolio, including new projects, sales launches and expansion in key markets across the UK, the Americas and the Middle East.
