Global challenges require more effective cooperation of ‘think tanks’, Azerbaijani top official says

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 2 / Trend M.Aliyev / Challenges now facing the international community, require more effective cooperation of "think tanks", giving its recommendations to political elite, and in decision-making, head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev said at the opening of the Third Forum of the OIC member countries' "Think Tanks" on the topic "Changes and transformations in the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation". He said this cooperation makes it possible to make forward-looking measures to take over the strategic initiative. "In terms of composition, impact and number of experts participating in Baku, the Forum may be called as an international dialogue engaged in seeking not only a common response to existing challenges of the OIC member countries, but also partners in the global space as a whole," he added.
