Ministry of Interior Football Cup tournament Opens March 11th

Doha, March 01 (QNA) - The Ministry of Interior (MOI) Cup Championship organized by Qatari Police Sports Federation (PSF) will start here on March 11th and run till the end of this month with 8 teams representing MOI departments competing. The eight teams include each of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), Police Training Institute, and the departments of Public Guards, South Security, the Coasts and Borders Security, and the Civil Defense. The seventh team of Traffic department includes the teams of the PSF, namely the Prevention security, and Passports while the eighth team of Criminal Evidence and information department includes the teams of Rayyan Security, State security, and the General Security. According to a draw yesterday, Group 1 will include the teams of Traffic department, Police Training Institute, and the Coasts and Borders Security departments whereas the teams of Securitas, ISF Lekhwiya, Civil Defense, and Criminal Evidence and information department will be as Group 2. The technical committee of the championship has decided the duration of 35 minutes for each session of the game having a 10- minute break in between, while the final session will run for 45 minutes and 15 minutes break.
