Turkish president: Turkmenistan has had long and successful path of development

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 1 / Trend A.Taghiyeva / Over the past 20 years, Turkmenistan has moved along a successful path of development, said President Abdullah Gul during the Turkmen-Turkish Economic Forum which was also attended by Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, TRT Haber reported on Thursday. "Turkmenistan is a country which is rich in natural resources. The country's participation in international projects is encouraging for Turkey," Mr Gul said. The president said Turkmenistan is the focus for those countries importing hydrocarbons which see it as a rich potential supplier of energy resources to world markets.
