He told QNA that in 2001 the law of the Judiciary authority was pssed to regulator and separate it fully. In 2002 the Law No. /10/ was also issued for the public prosecution and such a law separated it completely, as well as the judiciary authority which was also separated from the executive one and there is no interference between them .
The ceiling of the fight against corruption in Qatar has become very high, where Qatar has became the first Arab country to fight corruption and is acting on enforcing justice as per the Islamic style and manner , HE the Attorney General was quoted by QNA as saying.

He proposed giving the Arab League secretary general the power to set up a commission that prepares an Arab plan for the independence of the judicial system to be presented to the ministerial council of the Arab League and later to the Arab summit conference for approval.
He called for the independence of the general prosecution and for lending political support for the idea in Arab countries. He recalled that the Arab justice ministers had previously turned down the idea. However, he urged the ministerial council of the Arab League to set up an independent secretariat for the general attorneys that will help the attorneys present their recommendations independent from any political interference.
