Azerbaijani FM: Good-neighborliness policy is best policy

Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb.24 / Trend S.Agayeva / The best policy for any country is a policy of good neighborliness, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said at a press conference commenting on a meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian intellectuals held in Moscow.
