Azerbaijani representatives of tourism instructed with regard to Eurovision-2012

Representatives of tourism are instructed with regard to Eurovision-2012, the Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev told reporters on Wednesday.
"Meetings with all managers of hotels are held, booking for certain persons who arrive at the Eurovision is completed," Garayev said.
"Azerbaijan Tourism Organization deals with it. We help them to do it. Negotiations in the hotels are continuing at the moment. Work to improve the quality of service in hotels, installation of POS-terminals is being implemented" Garayev added.
The 57th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Baku Crystal Hall, which is under construction near the area of the State Flag.
The Baku Crystal Hall is the arena with a capacity of up to 23,000 spectators. Approximately 16,000 people will be able to attend each of the three Eurovision Song Contest live shows in May.
The contest semifinals will be held on May 22 and 24, while the Final - May 26.
Azerbaijan won the right to host the prestigious European song contest after the victory of Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jamal (Ell / Nikki) at Eurovision 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany last May.
