PM: Azerbaijani-Turkmen relations to become even more productive

Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Feb.21/ Trend H. Hasanov / Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade in his congratulatory letter to Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov on the occasion of his reelection as president of Turkmenistan expressed confidence that the ties between the two countries will grow. "Appreciating your personal contribution to strengthening cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, I express confidence that the partnership between our countries will further develop around mutually beneficial economic cooperation," the letter published by local media on Monday says. "Please accept my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of your reelection as president of Turkmenistan," the letter continues. The two states are neighbors and regularly hold talks to define the legal status of the Caspian Sea, which is rich in hydrocarbon and biological resources.
