Customs Union Commission has new head

Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 10 / Trend E. Kosolapova/ The Executive Secretary of the Customs Union Commission Sergei Glazyev was dismissed from this post by the commission's decision on Jan. 25, RIA-Novosti reported. The former Deputy Executive Secretary of Commission Tatyana Starchenko was appointed as the commission head. The Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus has been operating since 2010. It aims at forming a single customs zone where no duties or economic restrictions are applied, except special protective, antidumping and compensatory measures.
