GERMAN EMBASSY IN AZERBAIJAN ORGANIZES OFFICIAL RECEPTION

Baku, 04 0ctober ,(AzerTAj)The Embassy of Germany in Azerbaijan organized Friday an official reception on the country`s national holiday – the Day of German Unity. Germany`s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Per Christopher Stankina said the two countries` bilateral cooperation is rapidly developing.

He added Germany considers Azerbaijan as strategic partner.
He also stressed Azerbaijan Government`s investment policy attracts German
businessmen.
First Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijan Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov congratulated the
German people on behalf of President Ilham Aliyev.
Mr. Asgarov stressed German companies run successful business in Azerbaijan`s
economy. According to him, President Ilham Aliyev attaches special importance to
expanding relations with Germany.
Azerbaijan`s government officials, foreign ambassadors to the country and others
attended the event.
