Jakarta, Oct 4 (ANTARA) - As many as 10,000 post-Idul Fitri travellers are expected to arrive at Jakarta's Gambir railway station on Saturday. They would come from West Java, Central Java, and East Java.

"The returnees will begin arriving at Gambir station at noon and the flow will reach its peak at night. Meanwhile, the peak of the incoming train travelers flow at all railway stations in Jakarta is expected to happen today or tomorrow (Oct 5)," chief public relations officer of PT Kereta Api Indonesa (KAI), Akhmad Sujadi, said here Saturday.

According to Sujadi, the incoming train travelers could get off the train at Jakarta's Jatinegara, Gambir and Beos/Kota stations.

He said all KAI personel at Gambir railway station were ready to cope with any problem that might arise when the post-Idul Fitri travelers arrived. "We will be ready until Oct 12, 2008," he said.
