HH the Emir, Abbas and Meshaal Review Palestinian Reconciliation Measures

Doha , February 05 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and head of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas)' political bureau, Khaled Meshaal held a session of talks at the Emiri Diwan on Sunday morning. The session was attended by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Khalifa Al Thani and a number of Their Excellencies the ministers. On the Palestinian side, the session was attended by the two delegations accompanying the Palestinian President and Hamas Chief. Talks dealt with measures of consolidating the Palestinian reconciliation and forming a national consensus government besides the latest developments in the Palestinian arena and the Middle East peace process. HH the Emir hosted a luncheon banquet in honor of the Palestinian President and Hamas Chief and their accompanying delegations. (QNA)
