Coca Cola to launch festive season communication campaign
New Delhi, Oct 3 (PTI) Global beverages major Coca Cola is planning to carry out a special communication initiative to increase its footprints in the Indian market during the approaching festive season.
The 360-degree communication campaign would involve a TV
commercial, a special offer in the northen and central India
and out-of-home advertising campaign and ground initiatives,
Coca Cola said in a statement.
The initiative comes as a follow up to last month's
decision by the company to roll out 350 ml packs of all its
major brands and special campaign announced earlier this week
of its carbonated soft drinks Thums Up.
The new 'Deep Jala Ke Dekho' communication campaign
featuring a TV commercial of 'Jungle Boy' would be released
this week.
"Brand Coca-Cola is all about infusing stream of fun,
enjoyment and exhilaration into every moment of life... I am
confident that the consumers will strongly identify with both
the lingo and message of this campaign," Coca-Cola India Vice
President (Marketing) Venkatesh Kini said.
He said the company is also rolling out its 'Coca Cola
Mango Magic Offer' in the markets of north and central India
under which a consumer would get a free Pocket Maaza costing
Rs 12 on buying 1.5 or 2 litre Coca Cola PET packs.
Coca Cola is also planning to launch a series of
out-to-home advertisements and a range if on-the-ground
