BAKU HOSTS 2ND INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION & CAREER EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE AND 1ST INTERNATIONAL BOOK FAIR
Baku, 03 0ctober ,(AzerTAj)ITECA Caspian LTD, the exclusive partner of the ITE Group – the leading organizer of the international trade exhibitions and conferences in the South Caucasus opened the 2nd International Education & Career Exhibition and Conference and the 1st International Book Fair.
Main sections of the exhibition includes secondary and higher education, education,
exchange programmes and jobs abroad, language courses and other professional
training, recruitment, information technologies applied in education sector,
producers of stationery and other education and office facilities.
Addressing the participants, Minister of Education Misir Mardanov told of
achievements gained in the country`s education area. Mr. Mardanov noted that
Azerbaijan`s education area rapidly integrates into the world`s education system.
Due to the WB`s support, national curriculum was prepared as well as the State
program on education of Azerbaijani youth abroad in 2007-2015 approved in the
country.
Vice President of Azerbaijan`s Chamber of Commerce and Trade Mehman Ahmadov, head of
Iteca Caspian Company Farid Mammadov stressed the significance of the international
exhibitions in Azerbaijan and the all-round development of the economic reforms.
UK Ambassador to Azerbaijan Caroline Brown told of large-scale projects being
implemented by British Council.
The exhibition is supported by Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Education, Chamber of
Commerce and Trade of Azerbaijan Republic and Azerbaijan Export and Investments
Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO).
MPs, representatives of the state structures, diplomatic corps accredited in
Azerbaijan partook the exhibition.
