Qatar Cinema Announces Amended Net Profits for 2011

Doha, January 24 (QNA) - Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution Company announced Tuesday the amendment of the company s net profits for the year 2011, from QR 14.6 million to QR 13.4 million, the company said in a statement published on the (Qatar Exchange) website. The company said yesterday that the preliminary financials revealed a net profit of QR 14.6 million in 2011. The Board of Directors decided to recommend to the AGM the payment of a cash dividend to shareholders for the financial year (2011) by (15%) of its paid up capital equivalent to QR. 1.5 per each share and 10% bonus shares. Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution Company was founded in 1970 and was listed on the Qatar Exchange in 1997. (QNA)
