French Senate starts to debate the Armenian bill

PARIS (A.A) - January 23, 2012 - French Senate started to debate a bill which penalizes denial of the Armenian allegations on 1915 incidents. Making a speech on behalf of the government, French Minister of Relations with Parliament Patrick Ollier said that the bill complied with French and EU laws. French Senate will vote today a bill which penalizes denial of the Armenian allegations on 1915 incidents with a prison term of one year and a fine of 45,000 euro.
