Qatar Deputy Prime Minister Forms Committee

Doha, January 22 (QNA) - HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud issued a decision establishing a committee for affairs of employees of Cabinet General Secretariat and the Institute of Administrative Development and defining its functions. According to decision, the committee will be responsible for receiving all applications for recruitment in the the Cabinet General Secretariat and the Institute of Administrative Development, studying application submitted to it to this effect and regarding matters related to training, promotion, transfer, assignment, secondment, missions, study leaves and training courses abroad. The committee will also consider any requests or grievances submitted by employees, and their relevant recommendations shall be submitted to the Minister to take the necessary decisions, including all the received requests or grievances, and its views thereon, together with adequate justifications for the the recommendations it reached.(QNA)
