HH Sheikha Moza Opens 5th International Forum on Children with Special Needs

Doha, January 22 (QNA) - HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser on Sunday morning inaugurated the Fifth Shafallah International Forum held this year under the theme "Crisis, Conflict and Disability: Ensuring Equality" at the Shafallah Center for Children with Special Needs . The inaugural session discussed the impact of crisis, armed conflicts and means of protecting rights of refugees with special needs and promoting the condition of people with disabilities across the world.
