PACE PRESIDENT MEETS HEADS OF AZERBAIJAN AND ARMENIA DELEGATIONS
Baku, 02 0ktober ,(AzerTAj)PACE President Lluis Maria de Puig met with heads of Azerbaijan and Armenia delegations on Wednesday.
Resumption of the work of the Subcommittee on Nagorno-Karabakh was the main point of discussion at the meeting. Lluis Maria de Puig stressed the need to elect a new head
of the committee after lord Russell Johnston`s passing away.
It was decided that Azerbaijani and Armenia delegations would present their
proposals at the next meeting with PACE President during the PACE winter session and
express their opinions on the future of the subcommittee.
PACE Secretary General Mateo Sorinas was present at the meeting.
