Iranian 6-year-old kid registered world's youngest genius

Shahr-e-Rey, Tehran Prov., Oct 2, IRNA The six-year-old Iranian kid, Mahsa Abbasi, has been declared as world's youngest genius as she won gold medal of the 2008 Taipei International Invention Show and Technomart (TAIPEI INVENT 2008) for her prototype, electronic dice.

Mahsa, who has never been to school, told IRNA, "I took part for the
first ever in an international event for inventing an electronic dice
for use in Mensch board game."
She said having the prototype machine, kids and children will no
longer need to hand dice and roll it into the board because the
invention does the job automatically and dice numbers appear on the
board digitally.

"The invention will keep infants immune to any danger and great risks
usually caused by swallowing small dices upon playing the board
games," she added.

She noted that the system is easily installed on the board and all
movements are thus made possible digitally.

Mahsa says the system took her five months to be produced under
supervision of a top inventor at the Institute of Iranian Elites
Academy.

Iranian academic elite team, that managed to win 30 gold, five ilver
and two bronze medals of TAIPEI INVENT 2008, held in Taipei World
Trade Center Exhibition Hall from September 25-28, 2008, returned home
on Wednesday evening.
