Egypt's military ruler to visit Libya on Monday

Egypt's military ruler, Hussein Tantawi, will visit Libya on Monday for talks on the two neighbours' future ties, reported the Egyptian semi-official newspaper Al-Ahram.
The visit will be Tantawi's first outside Egypt since he took over after a popular uprising forced president Hosny Mubarak to step down in February, dpa reported.
Tantawi will meet with the head of Libya's ruling National Transitional Council (NTC), Mustafa Abdel Jalil, to discuss Egypt's participation in the reconstruction of its western neighbour, ravaged by an eight-month armed revolt against the now-slain leader Moamer Gaddafi, said Al-Ahram.
"They will also discuss the possibility of extraditing some members of the Gaddafi regime (staying in Egypt)," the paper reported quoting the NTC deputy head Abdel Hafez Ghuqa.
Thousands of Egyptian workers were forced to leave oil-rich Libya due to the anti-Gaddafi insurgency that began last February.
