Minister of State Forms Sports Day Committee

Doha, January 07 (QNA) - HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah issued Saturday a decision forming a committee responsible for organizing the Foreign Ministry's sports day. The committee is to be chaired by Undersecretary for Services Affaires Rashid bin Khalifa bin Mohammed Al Khalifa. The decision is in accordance with Emiri decision, issued on 6 December 2011, stating that Tuesday of the first week of February shall be a sports day in the country. The Minister of State's decision requires that the committee plans an interactive program that targets physical and sporting activities on sports day. The committee includes a Director of Protocol, Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Director of Diplomatic Institute and a Director for Technical Affairs. (QNA)
