ALECSO condemns terrorist bombing in Damascus

Damascus, October 01, SPA -- The Arab League Educational, Cultural
and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) strongly has condemned the
terrorist attack which took place in Damascus last Saturday, SANA --
Syrian News Agency reported.

In a cable sent to Syrian Vice-President Dr. Najah al-Attar,
ALECSO's Director General Dr. Alminji Busnainah said "We're sure that
this heinous cowardly action will never affect the struggle led by
the Syrian people who are stronger than all plots and intrigues."

Dr. Busnainah expressed on his own behalf and on behalf of his
organization condolences and sympathy with the relatives of the
victims.
