Japan helps build school in Thai Binh
Thai Binh (VNA) - Japanese Ambassador Mitsuo Sakaba on September 30 signed a contract of non-refundable aid to build a school during his visit to Thai Thuy district, northern Thai Binh province.
The new school, estimated to cost 80,000 USD, will include a
2-storey building consisting of 10 rooms with a total area of 600 sq. m. It
is expected to provide classrooms for 440 junior high students in Thuy Thanh
