Doha, December 31 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a congratulatory cables to the leaders of friendly countries on the new year, wishing them the best of health, happiness and to their people further progress and prosperity. HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent similar cables to the leaders and heirs apparent of friendly countries congratulating them on the occasion. (QNA)
