EXTRA FLIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE AT DENPASAR AIRPORT
Denpasar, Sept 30 (ANTARA) - One day before the Idul Fitri (Oct 1), the homegoers are still flocking Ngurah Rai international airport for extra flights from or to several cities in Indonesia.
"The extra flightsd are still available today, despite several scheduled flights," an official of the Lebaran centre at Ngurah Rai airport, I Made Suyasa, said here Tuesday.
Moreover, Suyasa said that the peak of exodus is in the next three days before the Lebaran 56 arrivals, 55 departures and nine extra flights.
In the meantime, Assistant Public Relations and Law Affairs Manager of PT Angkasa Pura Ngurah Rai, Mohamad Dimiyati, said that the extra flights were still available in the next three days.
PT Angkasa Pura at Ngurah Rai airport predicted that the 2008 exodus had recorded a rise of 20 percent compared to last year's both for local and international flights.
