Tuesday, 1st day of Eid Al-Fitr in Kingdom, Royal Court announces

Makkah, September 29, SPA--The Royal Court issued a statement
announcing that the Supreme Judicial Council said that it has been
religiously proved to the Council the sighting of the crescent of
Shawwal month for the year 1429H. on Monday evening and that Tuesday,
September 30th will be the first day of Eid Al-Fitr.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Culture and Information sincerely
and warmly congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al
Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector
General, the Royal Family, citizens and Muslims all over the world.

The ministry wished health, happiness and many happy returns for the
Kingdom, its leadership, citizens and Arab and Islamic nations to
achieve steady prosperity, security and stability.
