Qatar Lose to Jordan in Basketball Competition

Doha, December 17 (QNA) - Hosts, Qatar suffered a setback in basketball event in 12th Arab Games 2011 when they lost 71-77 to Jordan in the second round on Saturday. Both teams have displayed commendable performance, but the Jordanians took the lead in the dying minutes to end the match 77-71. In the second playoff, Morocco overpowered KSA 71-51 and Lebanon defeated Palestine 90-77 in the third match. (QNA)
