Qatar Airways Launches Photography Contest to Mark National Day

Doha, December 06 (QNA) - Qatar Airways has launched today a photography contest in the occasion of Qatar National Day that falls on December 18 every year. The competition gives a chance for talented photographers to win a variety of prizes including 10 return tickets to any destination covered by Qatar Airways and 80 mobile phones, a statement by Qatar Airways said. The competition, lasting till January 15, will accept an unlimited number of entries as long as they are shot in Qatar and reflect its culture, main attractions and beautiful landscape. The contest is accessible on qatarairways.com/nationalday Winners will be voted by website visitors where all the photos will be uploaded to, and their names will be announced on January 25. Top ten photos will win prizes; the first prize is a return economy ticket from Doha to any of Qatar Airways destinations as well as a Nokia N9 mobile phone. All photos will enter a draw to win return tickets and mobile phones. The competition is sponsored by Consolidated Gulf Company (CGC) and Nokia. (QNA)
