Qatar Participates in GCC Supreme Audit Institutions 10th Meeting

Doha, December 06 (QNA) - Qatar will participate in the 10th meeting of Presidents of the GCC Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs), held in Abu Dhabi today, chaired by HE Vice President of the State Audit Bureau Ibrahim Hashim Al Sada. The two-day meeting will discuss and study proposals that will develop and encourage competitions for research and studies which will rise the performance level of the SAIs' employees and will improve as well the quality of audit works. The results on the issuing of common audit evidence which has been prepared based on the experiences of various Audit Institutions, will be reviewed during the meeting. The agenda of the meeting also includes honoring the winners of Head of Kuwait State Audit Bureau Barrak Al-Marzouq's second competition for studies and research in the field of audit and supervision.
