Turkish parliament head meets U.S. vice president over breakfast

ANKARA (A.A) - Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek and U.S. Vice President Joe Biden met over breakfast Friday in Ankara. Biden is paying a formal visit to the Turkish capital.  He is set to visit Anitkabir, the tomb of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, and meet with Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
