Doha, December 01 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to the Romanian President on the occasion of his country's national day. HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a similar cable to the Romanian President congratulating him on the occasion. (QNA)
