Mannai Corporation Seeks to Buy "Black Cat" by QR250 Million

Doha, November 28 (QNA) - Mannai Corporation announced the results of its Board of Directors' (BOD) meeting held yesterday 27th November, 2011. During the meeting, they discussed the Proposal to purchase all the shares of Black Cat Engineering and Construction WLL from Qatar Investment and Projects Development Holding Company (QIPCO) WLL and Qatar International Real Estate Investment Company WLL for a total consideration not exceeding QR.250,000,000 and to convert its legal status into a one-person company. Also they decided to convene an EGM on 13th December, 2011 to ratify such purchase and conversion. (QNA)
