3 boats trafficking Africans captured
TAIZ, Sep. 27 (Saba) - Security authorities have managed to capture
three boats of Yemeni fishermen trafficked refugees from the African
Horn to Thubab area of Taiz governorate.
The Security Information Center of the Interior Ministry said that
African refugees were about 109 persons, including 38 women, from
Somalia and Ethiopia.
On the other hand, security authorities in Maqbanah of Taiz
governorate have arrested 17 Somalis entered the country illegally.
Worth mentioning, around 1000 Somalis have arrived in the coasts of
governorates of Abyan, Hadramout and Shabwa during the last two days.
