MP: politicians within the political process support Baath, Qaeda to implement armed operations in Iraq

Baghdad (NINA) – MP from the State of Law Coalition accused politicians in the political process, that he declined to name, of supporting the Baath party and Qaeda organization to implement armed operations in Iraq. In a statement to NINA today, Amir Al Kafishi said “the Baath party plans all terrorist operations in Iraq, Qaeda is its military wing.” He stressed that “the investigations proved that some politicians in the political process support Baath and Qaeda.” Kafishi demanded the Parliament to “finish the Ban the Baath Party Law.” /End/
