Vietnam, Canada look to administrative management cooperation
Ottawa (VNA) - A delegation of the National Ho Chi Minh Political and
Administrative Academy has discussed cooperation plan with
representatives of the Canadian Public Administration University (ENAP) in
Quebec .
Leaders of the two institutes agreed that a concrete project on state and
administrative management should be developed for their cooperation.
Established in Quebecover 20 years ago, ENAP is an institution of higher
learning in public administration with thousands of students.
