Companies visit site of Abyan stadium project

ABYAN, Sep. 26 (Saba)- Representatives of qualified foreign
companies to build Abyan stadium visited on Thursday location of the
project.

They were briefed on location of the project and steps taken to
supply it with basic services such as water and electricity.

First deputy minister of public works and roads Abdul-Malik
al-Jawlha eight companies out of 27 were qualified to enter the
tender of the project, adding that the works in the project would be
started by January, 2009.

He confirmed commitment of the government to set up the project in
the governorate , not in other place.
