AZERBAIJANI PARALYMPIANS GRANTED HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION`S MONTHLY STIPENDS AND DIPLOMAS
Baku, 26 September,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijani paralympians, who won medals in Sydney, Athens and Beijing Paralympics Games were granted Heydar
Aliyev Foundation`s monthly stipends and diplomas.
President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva met Friday with the sportsmen on the occasion.
Congratulating the paralympians Ms. Aliyeva said: “The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has decided to announce you the holders of the Foundation`s stipends and monthly money award.”
She once again congratulated the sportsmen and wished them further success and health. Attending the event Azerbaijan`s Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov on behalfof the sportsmen expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva for care and attention rendered to development of sports in the country.
