Azerbaijani, Bulgarian academies of sciences to sign cooperation agreement

Azerbaijan, Baku, Nov.16 / Trend S. Agayeva / An agreement will be signed within President of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Nikola Sybotinov's visit to Baku scheduled for Nov.28, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Bulgaria Emil Karimov told Trend on Wednesday. The visit will be paid at the President of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) Mahmud Kerimov's invitation. Sybotinov will discuss issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of science and will get acquainted with activity of Azerbaijani scientific institutions. Bulgarian Academy of Sciences was founded in 1869 and has 9 departments: mathematical, physical, chemical, biological, earth sciences, engineering, humanities, as well as social sciences.
