FM Davutoglu speaks with Qatari State Minister al-Atiyah by phone

ANKARA (A.A) - November 14, 2011 - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu spoke with the Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Khalid bin Muhammad al-Atiyah by phone on Monday. Diplomatic sources said that Davutoglu and al-Atiyah discussed the Turkish-Arab Cooperation Platform to be held in Morocco and the developments in Syria and the Middle East.
