Lao officers graduate from Defence Institute
Hanoi (VNA) - As many as 30 high-level officers of the Lao People's Army
graduated from the Vietnam Defence Institute in Hanoi on Sept.26.
During the course, Lao officers studied security - defence strategies of
regional nations; military art of people's war, building all-people national
defence system.
As part of the course, the officers of the Lao People's Army also
exchanged military experience with their Vietnamese peers and paid visits to
