NTC chairman says Turkish companies will re-construct buildings in Libya
TRIPOLI (A.A) - November 2, 2011 - The chairman of Libya's National Transitional Council (NTC) said on Wednesday that Turkish companies would re-construct buildings in Libya.
Mustafa Abdul Jalil received Turkish Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan in Tripoli, Libya and thanked Turkey for its support to revolution, economic development and humanitarian issues concerning Libya.
"Libyan people attach importance to relations with Turkey particularly in economy and reconstruction," Abdul Jalil told AA correspondent after the meeting.
Abdul Jalil said Libya thought that Turkey had successfully accomplished a significant economic development, and Turkish companies had undertaken great projects in Libya so far.
"Turkish companies are famous of their qualified craftsmanship," he said.
Abdul Jalil said Turkish companies would re-construct buildings and present them as a gift to Libyan people.
The NTC chairman hoped that Turkish-Libyan relations would improve and wished stability and progress for Turkey.
