Vietnamese business to invest millions in US housing market
HCM City (VNA) - The Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Company will invest 6 million USD in the US real estate market, said Le Chi Hieu, the company's general director on September 25.
The director said his company will firstly enter into a joint venture with
a Californian business, investing in housing construction in Mississippi
.
The project will provide houses for those in the state who lost their
homes due to Hurricane Katrina.
The company, established in 2001, has a total property of 1,040 billion
VND with its owner's capital totalling 723 billion VND.
Its investment projects in the US states of California and
Mississippi aim to develop and trade in housing that is suitable for its
