King Abdullah receives annual report of King Abdulaziz Center 2

King Abdullah underlined the importance of cooperation of the
governmental and the non-governmental sectors with the center and
benefiting from the outcome of the national meetings that reached by
the participants of the dialogue in a manner that serves the country
and realizes its aspirations.

'Our glory and will can only be through adherence to the values and
principles of Islam as well as its justice which is stemmed from the
Holy Quran and Sunnah (the Prophet's sayings), he said.
The King underscored the importance of giving attention to the
outcome of the dialogue among the sons of the heavily messages and
man-made philosophies through preparation of the Saudi who
participates in the dialogue taking into account the importance of
adherence to the legal and national principles so as to become
qualified for this stage of dialogue and consultation from common
grounds that aim at meeting at common factors that contribute to the
building of the family in line with the human nature, he said noting
that these international dialogues will become subject to discussion
and dialogue about human coexistence.
Meanwhile, al-Hussein expressed appreciation for the great attention
given by the King to the center. He noted that the directives of the
King positively contribute to enhancing the march of the national
dialogue and enhancing its concepts in the Saudi society.

Al-Hussein hailed the efforts of King Abdullah in supporting dialogue
at the local and Islamic arenas, and said he is the man of dialogue
who has succeeded in gathering the political and religious figurers
around this civilization concept which paves the way for the
stability of the world and its cooperation in common human values.
The attention given by King Abdullah to the national and
international dialogue has provided a clear evidence for his keenness
on building the ideal thought that enables the man to perform his
human mission in a manner that pleases Allah Almighty, he said
underlining the importance of the values that advocate justice,
tolerance and love.
The members of the center's committee thanked King Abdullah for his
decision to allocate a peace of land for building the center's venue
as well as allocation of an endowment for the center.

Following the audience, Faisal bin Muammar, the Secretary General of
the Center, said King Abdullah was briefed on the center's projects
and its proposed programs.
He noted that the King has underlined the importance of expanding the
scope of family dialogue, organized by the Center last year.
He expressed appreciation for the support being extended by the King
to the Center and its programs.
