TS.ELBEGDORJ LEGS COURT OF DARKHAN-UUL
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Within a working tour to Darkhan-Uul aimag made last weekend, the President got acquainted with the aimag's court.
All trials of the court are directly reported through electronic board showing cases, decisions and dates. The President was told that at this court, the Supreme Court is implementing a project together with the JICA on improving the reconciliation system.
The President said a draft law on conciliation has been submitted to parliament, and hoped it would prevent any protraction of disputes in slight cases such as family, labor or credit and debt cases. Criticizing some negative sides this court have, the President underlined that the province should pay much attention to reducing its faults and to ceasing a bureaucracy. "Judges must be bound by code of ethics," he added.
