PT KAI STARTS CARRYING PASSENGERS FOR LEBARAN HOLIDAYS IN SOUTH SUMATRA

Palembang, Sept 24 (ANTARA) - State railway company PT.KAI in South Sumatra starts from September 21 carrying passengers to their hometowns for the Lebaran.

The trains to be used for this purpose are the Limek Sriwijaya, Rajabasa Express from Kertapati Station to Tanjung Karang and Sindang Marga Train also Srelo Train from Kertapati Station to Lubuk Linggau, said South Sumatra PT. KAI public relations, Darmawan here, Wednesday.

He said, besides the four trains, PT.KAI also prepared extra trains (KLB) known as Sapujagat Train, it would be operated if the available trains were not enough.

On the last, the passenger transportation is still in normal state, which means there are no standing passengers from a total of 8,300 seats available, every body is seated.
