MEGA SALE CARNIVAL KICKS OFF NOV 29
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- Business hours at shopping
complexes in the capital during the Malaysia Mega Sale Carnival from Nov 29 to
Jan 4 next
year will be extended from 10pm to midnight.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Ab Hakim Borhan said this would enable shoppers and
foreign travellers especially Arab tourists to have more time to shop at
night.
"Arab tourists prefer to shop at night while local consumers can have ample
time for year-end shopping with their families," he told reporters here
Wednesday.
The mega sale carnival happens three times a year - in March, August and
December.
